I am a freelance writer and teacher, having trained as a news reporter and worked on various freelance and in-house projects for over ten years.
I regularly write on higher education, education technology, grassroots theatre and travel, although it’s always a delight to take on new work which interests me.
NCTJ-qualified and trained with Cleland Thom journalism training services, I have an MA in English from University College London and a first-class BA (Hons) degree in English Literature from the University of Bristol.
I’m also a qualified English language teacher (CELTA, Diploma in TESOL) and regularly teach English using customised curricula to suit their needs, aligned to international standards. Find out more about my teaching here.
